Well, today is the day (hopefully) that I return to the United States and eventually back to the serene beauty of my beloved Colorado.
Here's a little song that pretty much sums up how I'm
feeling right now. Yes, I realize there are no words, but just watch the entire
video and you should have some basic idea—the melancholy
sounds of the keyboard, the dramatic ups-and-downs of the music, and the
excitement of a child on Christmas morning coming from the guitar. They're all
there; both in the song and in my mind. That’s as much as I really care to
elaborate right now. Sometimes words just get in the way and complicate things
even more than they already are.
